The route: from a church down to a wine cellar
Your outdoor escape game starts at St. Peter’s Church (Peterskirche) in the 1st district. At the briefing in an operations centre inside a historic church you get your orders, radios and ID cards – then it’s out into the lanes of the old town.
Along the way you question witnesses, watch suspects and hack data. You switch between street and indoor spaces, at places nobody else may enter – right up to the finale in underground rooms with a safe.

Outdoors in any weather? Almost.
Outdoor at Secret Mission means you walk through the city centre, about two to three kilometres. In between there are indoor spaces – the church, corridors, the wine cellar.
If it rains, we give you ponchos; missions run in almost any weather. In extreme weather we find a new date together.
Comfortable shoes and one charged phone per team – that’s all you need.
Outdoor escape by app or with actors?
A classic city game runs on an app: coordinates, a task list, questions to tick off. Fine for a stroll – but the city stays a backdrop.

What is an outdoor escape game?
An escape game played not in a room but in the city: you solve puzzles at several locations and move from clue to clue. At Secret Mission, professional actors play along too – the mission is called NOVEX-3.
Are we outside the whole time?
No. You switch between street and indoor spaces – church, corridors, wine cellar.
What happens if it rains?
Missions run in almost any weather; if it rains, we give you ponchos. In extreme weather we find a new date together.
How far do you walk?
About two to three kilometres; with the briefing it all takes around two hours. Comfortable shoes are enough.
