How does the planning stay a surprise?
We coordinate the details with you alone. Just give us an e-mail address and times at which we can reach you personally. Together we decide who is in on it.
Can friends or family be there?
You can play as a couple or with up to 6 people in total. Who plays along in the know and who joins only afterwards, we discuss during planning.
Can the proposal be photographed or filmed?
Mention your wish in the first conversation: on request, our own photographer comes along. We will work out how photos or video fit into the course of events and what additional costs arise.
What do I do with the ring during the mission?
You can keep it with you - or we weave it into the story: you give it to one of the actors before the start, and it is handed over at the right moment. When and how that happens, we agree together during the planning.
How much time should I allow for planning?
Get in touch as early as possible. We need time for coordination and a suitable date when actors and locations are available. Name a preferred date even if it is not quite fixed yet. Missions run on Saturdays and Sundays between 9:30 and 19:00.
What happens in bad weather?
Parts of the mission take place outdoors. We plan the spot for your proposal with the weather in mind. In case of severe weather, we agree on a new date with you.
Can I simply book a regular mission?
Please enquire about the proposal personally first. It needs its own coordination and staging, which are not automatically included in a regular mission booking.
