On WhatsApp usually within an hour, via the form and by e-mail within 24 hours. Every enquiry sent through the form immediately gets a confirmation with a ticket number - that is your proof it has arrived.
Can I move my date?
Yes. Rebooking is free of charge up to 72 hours before your date. Between 24 and 72 hours in advance a €15 fee applies; within 24 hours of the date, no more changes are possible. Cancellation is only possible with ticket insurance (€7.50 per booking, available at checkout): free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, with a full refund of the ticket price.
My gift card will not redeem. What now?
Send us the gift card code via the form - the field for it sits right above. With the code we can see immediately what is wrong and get back to you with the solution instead of a follow-up question.
We are more than six people. Is that possible?
Our missions are built for 1 to 6 players. Larger groups play staggered or in parallel - we plan that together. Choose “Companies & events” in the form and your enquiry lands directly with the right people.
