How quickly will I get a reply?
On WhatsApp usually within an hour, via the form and by e-mail within 24 hours. Every enquiry sent through the form immediately gets a confirmation with a ticket number - that is your proof it has arrived.
Can I move my date?
Yes. Rebooking is free of charge up to 72 hours before your date. Between 24 and 72 hours in advance a €15 fee applies; within 24 hours of the date, no more changes are possible. Cancellations are generally not possible.
My gift card will not redeem. What now?
Send us the gift card code via the form - the field for it sits right above. With the code we can see immediately what is wrong and get back to you with the solution instead of a follow-up question.
We are more than six people. Is that possible?
Our missions are built for 1 to 6 players. Larger groups play staggered or in parallel - we plan that together. Choose “Companies & events” in the form and your enquiry lands directly with the right people.
