Terms of Participation

Requirements for participation
Minimum age: 14 years (under 16 only when accompanied by an adult). Not permitted: pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe claustrophobia/anxiety disorders, limited mobility. No entry for anyone under the influence of alcohol. Animals are not allowed. The experience is not barrier-free. Participation is only possible after signing the liability waiver.
Conduct & safety
Professional actors accompany you – light touches by the performers are possible. Physical contact with the performers is prohibited. The experience includes effects such as fog, light, loud noises, dark/confined spaces, surprising situations as well as prop weapons and scenes depicting violence and blood.
Electronic devices
All light sources (phone, torch, lighter) are strictly prohibited during the experience. Filming and taking photos is not permitted. Any breach ends the experience – without a refund.
Clothing & equipment
Sturdy footwear is mandatory (no high heels/open shoes). Weatherproof clothing is recommended – outdoor and underground sections take place in any weather. Bring along: booking confirmation, a charged smartphone.
Tickets & meeting point
Participation only with a valid ticket. The meeting point is sent by e-mail after booking. Please arrive 10 minutes before the game starts – if you are late, participation cannot be guaranteed.
Stopping the game & liability
The experience can be stopped at any time if you feel unwell. Participation is at your own risk – by taking part you confirm that none of the exclusions apply to you.
