Become an agent and complete a real mission - with live actors
Crime Escape Theatre means: a criminal case (crime), puzzles and time pressure like an escape room (escape) and trained actors with over a hundred pages of script (theatre) – played at real locations in Vienna. Like a movie in which you are not watching but right in the middle of it.
-
The city is your playing field
No locked room: you investigate on foot in the 1st district (approx. 2–3 km) and open doors to places nobody else may enter – from a historic church to a wine cellar beneath the city.
-
Actors who react to you
Professionally trained performers play witnesses, suspects and enemy agents. They react to you, improvise and know when they have to slip you a clue.
-
You decide how it ends
Your decisions change the plot – right up to a finale with several outcomes. No two runs are alike.

“It was so much fun! You feel like a real agent! Despite a small technical glitch, all the actors stayed in character, and only at the end did they tell us it had not been planned that way! ;) Really well done!!!”
