Content of this website
On secretmission.at we provide information about our missions, game times, prices, gift cards and offers for parties and companies. We create and check this content carefully. Even so, a mistake can creep in or a detail can be out of date – we therefore cannot guarantee that the content is accurate, complete and up to date. We may change, add to or remove content at any time without notice, for example when game times, meeting points or prices change.
When a booking becomes binding
The content of this website is not a binding offer. A contract with us only comes about when you book or buy a gift card through our checkout and we confirm the booking or provide the ticket (terms and conditions, § 3). For corporate and group events, it comes about when you accept our offer in writing and we confirm the order (terms and conditions, § 20). Enquiries via a form, by e-mail or on WhatsApp are not binding on you or on us. The details in your booking confirmation are what count. If you book through a platform such as GetYourGuide, Viator or Airbnb, its terms also apply.
Liability
We are only liable for damage arising from the use of the information on this website in cases of intent or gross negligence. For injury to life, body or health we are liable in accordance with the law – as we are wherever mandatory law, such as the Austrian Consumer Protection Act, provides for further liability. Bookings and taking part in a mission are governed by our terms and conditions and terms of participation.
Links to other websites
We link to websites of other providers – for example our partners, booking platforms, payment services, Google reviews and social networks. The respective provider alone is responsible for their content. When we set a link, we did not see any unlawful content; we cannot, however, check other sites on an ongoing basis. If we learn of an infringement, we remove the link immediately. You are welcome to let us know at office@secretmission.at.
Copyright
Texts, photos, videos, graphics and logos on this website, as well as the stories, scripts and puzzles of our missions, are protected by copyright. The rights belong to Secret Mission or to the authors who have allowed us to use them; using the website does not give you any rights to them. Viewing, saving for private use and sharing links is allowed. Any other use – such as copying, editing, publishing or commercial use – requires our prior written consent. This also applies to puzzles and solutions: please don’t give them away online, or the experience is spoiled for the teams that come after you. Exempt are images and logos that we provide for download in our media library, to the extent stated there.
Accessibility
Our website should be easy for everyone to use. That is why we pay attention to sufficient contrast, descriptions for images, keyboard navigation and your device’s “reduce motion” setting. If you still come across a barrier, write to us at office@secretmission.at – we will fix it as quickly as we can. Whether a mission suits you also depends on the requirements in our terms of participation; feel free to ask us in advance.
