Everyone signs the liability waiver, then the game master briefs you and hands out the gear: radios, badges and the hacking app.
- 60–90 min
The mission
From a historic church through the lanes to an underground wine cellar, about 2–3 km on foot. You question witnesses and suspects, solve puzzles and hack data drives.
- Finale
The raid
Your decisions change the story – there are several possible endings. The time from start to finish counts for the leaderboard.
Rules for agents.
Six things to know before your mission.
-
Nobody has to act
The actors play, you investigate: observe, ask, piece it together, decide.
-
Questions are welcome
Witnesses and suspects react live to every question – and quietly help you along if you get stuck.
-
Your phone is a tool, not a camera
You need one charged smartphone per team for the app. Photos and videos are not allowed during the mission.
-
Sober on duty
People under the influence of alcohol cannot take part. The route is about 2–3 km on foot and is not barrier-free.
-
We play in any weather
Rain included – we provide the ponchos. In extreme weather we find a new date together.
-
No fixed minimum age
Under 16 only with an adult companion in the team, under 14 also with a signed consent form.
First time? Here’s what you don’t need.
A classic escape room locks you in a room until you find the way out. At Secret Mission nothing is locked: the city is the playing field, people are the clues.
The puzzles are difficulty 3 out of 5 – no escape room experience required.
Not needed:
- escape room experience
- acting talent
- your own gear – everything is provided
- nerves of steel – thrilling like a spy film, without jump scares
- a full team – the mission works for two as well
Who is it for?
For everyone who would rather play than watch – whoever you bring along.
-
Friends and family
One round for up to eight. From nine, you play as several teams, at the same time or staggered on one day.

Team building in Vienna
How long does a mission take?
Playing time is 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the team. Including the briefing, plan for about two hours.
Will we be locked in?
No. There is no locked room – you play in the city. The game master is in the background the whole time, and you can stop at any point.
What if we get stuck?
The actors notice and quietly help you along. The puzzles are difficulty 3 out of 5 – you don’t need any escape room experience.
Will we play with strangers?
A team has 1 to 8 people. If you don’t book all the places, others can book the same slot – you then play together as one team. With the private session you are sure to stay among yourselves.
What should we bring?
Comfortable clothes, sturdy shoes and one charged smartphone per team. We provide everything else. There are toilets at the start; food and drinks are not included.
What if we are late?
Rounds run on a fixed schedule – if you are late, participation cannot be guaranteed. Please be at the meeting point ten minutes before the start.
Can I rebook or cancel?
Rebooking is free up to 72 hours before; between 72 and 24 hours before it costs €15, after that no changes are possible. Cancelling is only possible with ticket insurance (€7.50 per booking, available at checkout): free up to 48 hours before, with a full refund of the ticket price.
