A unique corporate event doesn’t start with an agenda but with an assignment. The game master welcomes you and splits you into investigation teams – and moments later your team is in the middle of a mission.
Professional actors play the characters and react live to everything you ask, suspect and decide. At the puzzle boxes it takes communication, teamwork and strategic thinking: only those who share information get further.
It all ends with the joint solution – and something to talk about long after the event.

A unique corporate event for 20, 30 or 50 people
Group size determines how many puzzle boxes are in play: up to 12 people investigate at one box. Larger groups play as several investigation teams in parallel, each at its own box – and you come back together for the solution.

What makes a corporate event unique?
Your team doesn’t watch – it is right inside the story. At Secret Mission, professional actors play the characters while your team investigates at puzzle boxes and completes the mission together – in the historic Weinbunker wine cellar, at your office or across Vienna’s city centre.
Is this a classic team building seminar?
No. Instead of exercises to plan, your team experiences a story: actors play the characters, you investigate at puzzle boxes. It still takes exactly what team building is about – communication, teamwork and strategic thinking.
Do we have to act or play awkward games?
No. Your job is to investigate, solve puzzles and decide together. Our actors take on the roles – nobody needs stage experience.
We are 20 people – how does the event work?
With 20 people you split across 2 puzzle boxes; each team investigates at its own, and you come together for the solution. A sample schedule: 18:00 Meeting point and welcome by the game master, 18:15 Briefing and split into investigation teams, 18:25 The mission begins, 20:30 Completing the mission and joint wrap-up, 21:00 End of the event.
How big can the group be?
The packages cover 1 to 50 people: with 30 people you play at 3 puzzle boxes, with 50 at 4. For more than 50 people we plan individually.
Where does the event take place?
Exclusively in the historic Weinbunker wine cellar on Laurenzerberg in 1010 Vienna, at your office or event venue, or across Vienna’s city centre – you then spend the waiting time in the bunker. There are no travel costs within Vienna.
How long does the event last?
About three hours from welcome to solution. We’re happy to adapt the schedule to your needs.
How much does a unique corporate event in Vienna cost?
You pay a flat price per group size: from €2,500 for up to 12 people to €5,890 for 37 to 50 people, each net plus 20% VAT. Organisation, actors and support are included; the Weinbunker, catering and video can be added on request.
Can we add food, drinks or a video?
Yes: a video edit of the best moments, catering and a drinks package. Everything can be scheduled before, during or after the mission.
Is this also available as a Christmas party?
Yes, as a crime-themed Christmas party with the same packages – at your office, in the Weinbunker or across the city centre.
